Trevor has originated mortgages since 2005 and has spent the last decade concentrating on two programs that reward specialization: VA loans and jumbo financing. Both have rules that punish generalists. VA entitlement restoration, tidewater notices, and funding-fee exemptions are routine here rather than occasional; on the jumbo side, the working relationship is with the portfolio desks that make the exceptions, not just the rate sheet.
A Navy veteran, Trevor has closed more than 600 VA loans and volunteers with a veterans' housing assistance program in the Oklahoma City metro. The stated goal on every VA file is zero out-of-pocket to the veteran wherever the structure allows it, and that outcome is quoted in writing up front.
Trevor also handles asset-depletion and bank-statement qualifying for retired and self-employed borrowers whose tax returns understate what they can actually afford.
