This policy explains what Northgate Mortgage Partners collects through this website, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, loan goal, estimated loan amount, property state, self-reported credit range, preferred loan officer, and anything you type into a message field.
- Consent records. When you check the contact-consent box we store that you did, along with the date and the page it happened on.
- Technical information. Standard web server logs: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages requested.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or credit report data through this website. Those are collected later, inside a secure application portal, if you choose to proceed.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, route it to the right loan officer, prepare loan options, meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators.
Who we share it with
- Wholesale lenders we submit your scenario to, and only when you have asked us to shop your file
- Service providers that operate on our behalf under contract: form processing, email delivery, CRM, and document collection
- Regulators, auditors, or law enforcement where required by law
Communications and consent
Submitting a form with the consent box checked authorizes us to contact you by phone, text, or email, including by automated dialing or texting systems, about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a loan in process.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to recordkeeping requirements that apply to mortgage originators. Email hello@northgatemortgage.example or call (405) 422-0312.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to remember your light or dark theme preference, stored locally in your browser. A production deployment would typically add Google Analytics 4 and, where the client runs paid social, a Meta Pixel. Both would be disclosed here with an explanation of what they collect and a working opt-out.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or copies of identity documents through a website form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
