Danielle joined Northgate in 2019 after eight years on the servicing and loss-mitigation side of a national lender, where the job was untangling loans that had been structured badly at origination. That experience shapes how the files get built now: every refinance recommendation arrives with a written break-even analysis, and if the math does not clear, the advice is to wait.
Roughly two-thirds of Danielle's volume is refinance and equity work, including cash-out for renovation and debt consolidation, and the balance is investment property financing for small landlords running two to ten doors. Both benefit from a broker's lender network, because pricing on those files varies more between lenders than almost any other program.
Danielle holds a finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and teaches a quarterly session on rental property underwriting for a regional investor group.
