Who We Are

Independent, on purpose

Northgate Mortgage Partners is an independent mortgage brokerage based in Oklahoma City and licensed across seven states. We are not a bank and not a retail lender. We are the people who take your file to thirty-odd wholesale lenders and come back with the one that costs you the least.

That independence is the whole point. A retail loan officer at a bank can only sell you that bank’s products at that bank’s margin, and when a guideline blocks your file the answer is no. A broker moves the file. Same borrower, same documents, different desk, and often a different outcome.

The other half of it is that we are small. Three licensed originators, and the one you talk to on day one is the one who signs off on your clear-to-close. No handoff to a processing team you have never spoken to, no ticket number.
